Missing £80 Voucher

Hi, 

I have not received the £80 voucher - I signed up using BroadbandChoices and the voucher seems to be getting fulfilled by giftcloud?

The countdown on the giftcloud email displayed all the way to the 90 day point and then stopped. The link in the email to check the status now says they need more information etc but the company name can't be changed and is locked to something called "Decision Technologies Limited", so when I fill the form out they just reply it's not their issue to deal with and told me to email broadband choices.

I have emailed broadband choices multiple times and no replies over a two week period. 

Any help would be appreciated!
