Missing Amazon Voucher

Hi,

 

I signed up over 90 days ago, and have not yet received my Amazon voucher. I have tried to check the status on the voucher but it asks for an N-number that I have never received. I used to be able to click this link and see how many days remaining there was until the voucher was available. 

 

How do I claim the voucher? Or should it just arrive in my inbox.

Please add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details, @DanBaker, so that staff can identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
