Signed up to TalkTalk Fibre 65 on 18th April via reward scheme offer and went live on 5th May. Received confirmation email on 18th April that I was eligible for £80 reward and would receive this within 90 days of activation. As nothing yet received, contacted GiftCloud (who sent original confirmation email). They said was not their offer (despite the original confirmation email coming from them) and to contact Decision Technologies Broadband Choices Team. Not heard back from them.
Could you provide any info on this?

Hi Arne, Can you please help me too? Being attracted by the £80 gift voucher on offer, I signed up Talktalk Fibre 65 via Moneysavingexpert.com on 9th May. The connection was activated on 25th May. My order number is N82403261. It has been more than 90 days now, but I have not seen any voucher either. Thanks for your help.
