I signed up for my Fibre 150 package in Mid-August and have still yet to receive my £90 cash back that applied as part of my TopCashBack offer. I have it logged on my account with them and it seems like a slowdown on TalkTalk's end.
I've spoke to customer service about this multiple times but still received no word of update on this.

Your service didnt start till 05/10/2021 cashback can take upto 90 days to be issued which is part of the terms and conditions,
Its been 50 days, once 90 days has passed we can chase this up.
