Missing welcome voucher

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

signed up with talk talk on a Black Friday deal, and was suppose to receive a welcome Amazon voucher, I’ve been checking my emails with no luck

has anyone else had same issue and resolved?

Also can you please update your community profile to include either your landline or account number and I can escalate this for you.

It can take several weeks, but you will get this resolved through staff support on here eventually, @Rosevear1.

They will need to identify your account from your community forum profile details. 

Please go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard. 

Make sure that your Talktalk landline number is in there.
