This account has been suspended due going over the free allocation. They require me to pay this in full via My Account or via telephone 0345 172 0044 both these methods are out of service and unable to pay!
I am termanily ill in a hospice and this phone is required can anyone help please!

If it is not working on all browsers, check your security software is not the issue.
Some browser extensions that you may have added can cause issues, try disabling them temporarily when connected to the TT account pages.

Thank you the phone is now working again. My Account still does not work as it should and has been faulty for months, when going to view mobile plan it goes into a loop and nothing can be done. There also does not seem to a menu item to view phone usage.
It is just a dissaster area!

The phone lines all still have relatively restricted hours, and often involve a long wait. Should be open after 9am.
Your account should also work.....!
