I have a problem with my July Bill not showing

I can see [Itemised Usage], click [View Bill] and it shows a blank page apart from technical issues

 

I have had this problem many times

Hello Arne

 

I tried using Edge instead and all is good now

I should have thought of that as I have had that problem before, not very often though

Hi @BlackRockFox

 

Sorry that you are having problems,  you could try another browser

 

But also can you ensure that pop up blockers are not enabled for our site, that usually fixes the problem.
