Moving house, no fibre broadband

Hello,

 

I am moving to an area cannot have the fibre broadband I currently have with talktalk, they can offer me their fastest broadband but the chap confessed it wouldn’t be fast enough to support the devices for my family. I didn’t know I’d be moving house so soon so am relatively new into my newest contract, am I going to be stung by cancellation fees despite not really wanting to leave?

Sorry that you are having problems

 

If we cant provide you with any service at all, then there is no cancellation fee, otherwise yes there will be.

Yes, unless you can get customer services to waive them.

 

Unlikely though as you are not moving to an area where TT cannot supply any service.

 

All you can do is plead your case.
