Moving house

Hi, I'm moving house on Thursday, and have decided to try a different provider at the new house.

 

I'm told that the service won't be disconnected at my current house till July.

 

How can I prevent the new occupiers of my house using the service, esp the phone.

Hi there, yep, that'd be great, exactly what I want.

I did chat to a customer services agent yesterday, who advised they couldnt do it. Her advice was to unplug my phone and take it with me.

I mentioned to her that it's not beyond the realms that the new owners might own a phone that they could plug in, but I'd lost the will to live by then.

Can a talk talk staffer take this up for me please?

You can ask for a block to be put on the line from your moving date.
