I have tried over the last week or so to access My Account however each time after searching for my account an saying preparing your bill I get the following message:

"Sorry due to technical issues we can’t log you in right now. Please try again later."

It is driving me crazy

Add your Talktalk landline number by going via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.

 

Staff won't be back before Monday.
