Can someone please let me know why I'm still unable to access my account online.  I have spent another 3 hours on the phone to talk talk today.  I have even had to set up another email as they are saying they cant use my "original" email address. I have been passed from pillar to post on the phone and I'm fed up of repeating myself and not getting any help. They have said they can send my Bill's out to me for a charge of £2 but why should I pay.  I have been with talk talk for over 20yrs. It seems they have cancelled my account then set up another, then the new account has been cancelled and my old one is active again.  However i still cant view it as email and passwords are coming up as errors.  PLEASE someone help before I cancel!!!!
