My Account doesn't seem to be working . I cannot access my bill my previous bills or check my package details it just goes grey when I click on my bill and buffers. Anyone any ideas?? thanks

Yes the issue is the built in pop up blockers in the browser.

@david7892003 the most common browser issues are pop-up, ad and banner blockers.

 

Opera and Brave, with their supposed "enhanced security features" also do not seem to play nicely with TT account pages.

 

It's all a bit hit and miss.

Thanks for your reply. I;ve just found this morning that if I use MS Edge my account is OK. My default browser is Firefox which Ive used for years. Must be an issue with Firefox and microsift firewall I think. Anyway thanks for the help, much appreciared.

@david7892003  Been an ongoing fault for many months, rumour has it, it will be fixed in January.

If case you have forgotten the Do’s and Don’ts. There are members that have. Remember:-Be yourself and tell it like it is,. Be courteous to other customers. Give others the benefit of the doubt. Update your community profile. The Forum Guidelines apply to ALL members there are/should be, NO exceptions. If you have nothing nice to say, then say nothing at all. Now a wizard.
