Hi I have listed on my next bill a cancellation charge, that I was informed when I spoke to an agent on 9th March would be taken off as it is incorrect. I have cancelled my direct debit until the correct charge is shown.

A bill can't be changed once it is issued, but gets corrected either by a credit (check your Transaction History in My Account) or otherwise on the subsequent bill.
The online version is as static as a printed bill coming through the post, @PhotoMan22.
