Hi. I signed up for Talk Talk on 18/11/19 and I have received an email saying I can log into my account to track my order/router etc. When I log in, I keep seeing an “oops page” and nothing can be found. Is this normal? Thank you, Lisa.

Hi. I managed to solve this issue by changing my password and it worked again, however, I’ve tried again today and it’s saying there’s a problem and to try again later. Not sure what the problem is now? Thanks
