I signed up to fiber 35 at £26 a month, I got charged £30 last month and now they want £40 this month please someone help and let me know why, I’m sure I should only be paying £26 a month, can anyone help me please.

It's possible your discounts have come to an end, your plan will revert back to the standard charge if so.

Did you renew through My Account or phone up?
Were Anytime calls supposed to be included free in the total?
Check the small print. If these should be free, phone 03451 720046 to get this correctly applied. Chat can also sort this out for you and they should organise the refund of the £14.00 if this is what needs to be done:
Also check whether any discounts came to an end.
Check whether your bills are showing an end of contract date.
Was this a renewal from a previous Faster Fibre contract?
Did you get a confirmation email at the time?
