I can’t get through on the chat.

 

perhaps because it is past 6pm?

 

I was very close to confirming my new broadband.

Sorry that you are having problems

 

You will need to call our Customer Loyalty Team during Business hours (Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 18:00pm) on 03451720046 they can help. 

 

You can also renew via My Account under the offers and upgrades tab.

"Close" in what way? Your best bet with renewals is to speak directly to the customer loyalty team, call 0345 172 5157, they are open until 7:00pm.
