I renewed my contract on 20 August using the Livechat facility and was offered a contract for £30 a month. But when I received a hard copy of the contract it was for £30.50 .
And Talktalk then took £45.45 out of my bank account.
I have tried - unsuccessfully - to contact TalkTalk using Livechat which is not available.
They suggest I write to Talktalk.
There is no email address to contact Talktalk.
Is this really how to conduct a business in the 21st Century ?
