@Brian Earl, you will have received notification of a change in Talktalk's pricing plans when they ditched the "Fixed Price  Promise" and you would have been given 30 days' notice to haggle about it then, or leave, or live with it.

 

If you want to take this up with staff, please post in the Billing section of the forum for help with your service.
