I have tried to log in to the my account site this morning (11 Jan 2020) and it says that my email or password is wrong. When I try the "I've forgotten my password" link nothing happens.
Has someone started tonight's planned maintenance very early?
As the system is planned to be unavailable later on, it is not inconceivable that we will try to use it ahead of the maintenance.
Not at all happy with this failure. 😠

Apologies, the My Account issue is currently under investigation and we're hoping this will be resolved ASAP. The speed tester issue has also been raised and is under investigation.

I can confirm that I am having the same issue.
There was maintenance this morning and now unable to login even though I am using the same login credentials as usual.
