N??? email missing for voucher

Evening,

 

So I have the same problem a number of people have been having, there has been no email sent out with the ID number beginning with N for giftcloud, have emailed giftcloud but they have stated that I need to get the ID from talk talk before they can look into it for me. Please can this be sent out to me and then I can speak to them again.

@BugsBuddyJo, you've posted here and on another customer's thread, but for help issues you must start your own thread.

 

Otherwise replies /accounts etc can get confused.....

 

You need to return to the message board and click on start a topic. Then look out for a reply on your own thread later in the week.
