@Arne-TalkTalk, very grateful if you could check this for me.
I spoke to "Josh" at c 10.20am, Monday 4th July. 40 minute call.
Always alarmed when the contract details mention that the TV box is included - I hope they never try to ask for one back, as I have never had one!
The reference point they are quoting for the full priced product is £32.00.
Where do they get the notion that Fast Broadband is some sort of Fibre package? For contract status material this simply isn't good enough!
It is a misdescription to mention Fast Broadband and Fibre in the same breath. PLEASE FEED THIS BACK!
1. You are removing the Unlimited UK call boost.
2. Agreed £19.95 for 24 months Fast Broadband. No extras (except Last Caller Barring and Caller Display, which are free). The inevitable price rise next April...
3. Promised a credit for the 1st month, so £19.95 to offset the coming month's bill.
4. I have paid at the higher price for the current month, so the new bill should show a small refund for the difference from a couple of days' usage on the new tariff.
Many thanks in advance 😊

@Arne-TalkTalk, I have sent feedback as requested after renewing the contract.
So disappointed about the Anytime calls boost, when it is obvious that some people get this free.
