New Contract

I was sent an email on 19th April giving me the option to:

'move onto a new, matching Fibre 65 contract for £23.50 per month** for another 24 months. Click here to order now.'

 

I followed the link and was told I would receive confirmation within 10 days, but have heard nothing since.

 

I would be grateful for confirmation.

Yes, thanks.

 

I called that number to renew (the email sign-up hadn't registered).

 

The original offer was £23.50, but £24.95 to avoid any inflation-based increase in April 2023.

Looking at your account it was  renewed on 15/05/2022 for £24.95 per month for 24 months.

 

If this is incorrect please call our loyalty team on  03451720088.

@lifeonanotherplanet Your best bet is to contact the customer loyalty team directly on 0345 172 0088. They can advise what happened to the order and if it failed to go through then hopefully they can arrange the same, or better.
