I emailed the concerns@talktalkplc.com yesterday (last night at around 9:30pm) to raise specific points I want addressing (regarding my bill)  I got a response saying use the TechChat facility… 

 

OPENING HOURS - 7 days a week (8am - 7pm) 

 

So 8:15am I go online to use the service, I get a response telling me there not open until 9am! 

lmaooooooo 

 

The communication is so on point with this company. 

If you don’t laugh, what else can you do 🤷🏻

As advised in your other thread, any further issues should be discussed with the complaints team.
