New Signup - £80 Giftcard not received

Hi, 

I ordered talk talk fiber 65 on 19/07/2021, under the sign up offer of £80 Gift card/voucher , to be received after 90 days. I have not received it yet. 

Please can you help.

@E_Smith3, you need to start your own thread  - staff only reply to the original poster, and you don't want your case getting muddled up with anybody else's. 

 

You need to return to the message board and click on start a topic. 

 

Then look out for a reply on your thread. 

 

Any notification emails will be from a No Reply address, so keep in touch on your thread.

My talktalk fibre 65 was ready as of 2nd August 2021 and I have still not recieved my £80 gift card either, it's been a lot longer than 90 days as specified. It feels like if you dn't complain you don't get it...

The vouchers will be issued in the next few days. 

 

Please keep an eye on your spam/junk mail folders for an email from giftcloud.

Please add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details. You need to go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard. 

 

Staff reply during the day, Monday to Friday.
