I would love to know why it has taken 3 engineers and 2 new modems
and I still don’t have my phone connected
also the order was cancelled by ‘someone ‘
so all was restarted
this has been going on for quite a while
not good for an old customer of talk talk

Just to let everyone know
talk talk cannot do a new connection for a new build
having had lots of conversations with many people from around the globe since October
I have just discovered today in December that I need to find a new phone provider.
So back with me to BT, such a pity Talktalk could not provide, also impossible to talk to someone who understood my problem.

wasted 2 months with Talktalk
i could have a phone line by now
if those at Talktalk knew what they were doing
now I shall move with no phone line

I am also struggling to get connected and mine is new build. If talktalk are unable to do connections for new builds they should put that on their website.
So very disappointed that I've had my time wasted by TalkTalk only to have to now cancel and start again with a new provider.
