Hi,
I spoke with Sean from the Taltalk customer care team on 2nd Dec offering a new talktalk deal to try and keep me from leaving and moving to Vodafone. I was asked what deal I was offered by Vodafone which was as follows, 24 month contract unlimited superfast fibre broadband and a £150 gift card. Sean at talktalk then offered me a new deal of an 18month contract at £20 month and my first month free plus a gift card of £120 if I cancelled my contract with Vodafone and stayed with talktalk. I was happy to except the offer. I then proceed to contact Vodafone and cancel the new contract.
Talktalk then setup my new deal But I have not seen or heard anything regarding my £130 gift card. I was told I would get the giftcard from hello@giftcloud.com. Please could this be looked into and rectified as soon as possible.

Please keep an eye on your spam/junkmail folders for an email from giftcloud.
