I joined via the uSwitch offer and still haven't received my voucher unfortunately. It was the main reason I chose TalkTalk over PlusNet. Please can someone help to resolve this issue and issue me with the voucher as advertised please.

 

I placed my order in April 2021, so it has been over 90 days now.

Hi Arne,

 

Thank you for all your help with this. I’ve been keeping an eye out for the voucher but nothing has arrived as yet.

 

Do you know up to how long this can take? I was hoping I’d have received it by now.

Please keep an eye on your spam/junk folder for an email from Giftcloud.
