Please can someone in Accounts email my the two invoices you have raised, so I can see the over charges you have taken. I am unable to access the 'My Account' facility, as already advised in your Help Community, and the TalkTalk system will not allow me to re-register, as an primary email address already exists!!.
So please, you have my detail on file within your systems, arrange for invoices as requested. Obviously, at no extra costs, as this is purely a TalkTalk technical problem.

Its not possible to email invoices for security reason.
I can ask them to to be posted to you until we sort out the problem with My Account on your other thread.
