Hi,
my service is up and running since June this year, but I haven't received my first bill nor account number, so I cannot register myself to MyAccount. I was offered a 3-months-free promotion, but it's been more than 3 months now and I haven't received any bill yet. Could you please help me?

Yes, Fill in as much as you can, @jcesar101.
If necessary, add more information in the Private Notes section.
In settings, from the drop down menu that starts with "email" choose Personal Information. Private Notes is at the end of that section. SAVE CHANGES.
It can take a few days to get a reply from TT staff on here.

Please add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details and staff will be able to investigate by identifying your account from that, @jcesar101.
Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
Look out for a reply from TT staff later in the week.
