No giftcloud amazon voucher received, countdown timer no a problem

Signed up in August and was meant to receive a £100 amazon gift card on the 90th day after activation. Correctly filled out the giftcloud to receive and was sent an email with a link to a countdown timer which was working all OK and was meant to finish last week as been regularly checking to keep an eye out . Clicking it now just opens up a problem ticket with giftcloud.

I never received my vouchers either and have tried contacting so many times and no one ever gets back to me?

Please keep an eye on your spam/junk mail folders for an email from giftcloud.
