Hi, I have emailed TalkTalk 3 times including using live chat and no one seems to be able to help me log into my account. Every time I try my email address is not recognised even although TalkTalk have conformed it is correct.....why will no one help me, how do I get access to my own account?. Why does TalkTalk just keep sending me an automated email which I cant action given my email address is not being recognised

Please complete your community forum profile details by going via your avatar/name; settings; launch Profile Wizard.
It's important that you put your Talktalk landline number in there for staff to identify your account.
Please look out for a response from them in the next day or two.
