No voucher since end of Oct 18 despite emailing awin

Hi,

I wonder if you can help me as I have not received my voucher.  I placed my order on 30/10/18 and I sent an email to awin but have had no response at all.

If you could please look into this and resolve this for me as this was the major reason I chose TalkTalk over competitors.
