Hello. My contract is Fibre 35 ending Jan 23. On 17.02.22 Openreach installed a full fibre connection from when I have been receiving Fibre 65 Data only. On my account my package is stated as Fibre 65 Data Only with an end date of 02.04.22.
The last bill I paid was dated 08.03.22 covering 08.03.22 to 07.04.22.
Currently I am receiving free of charge bills and the account balance is an overpayment of £37.47. Despite three previous contacts, I have been unable to resolve the fact that I am not being charged for the service I am receiving.
Does anyone else have a similar problem please?

I have just received a bill for £26 which is the amount I have been paying for my contract. It appears that I am being billed again for the service I am receiving.
