Hello

 

It has been around 4 months and I have still not received the free gifts offered when I signed up to TalkTalk. Is anyone able to assist?

I'm actually quite disappointed that I am only being offered half of what I had signed up for when I joined TalkTalk. 

 

If I can only choose one then I would prefer the £100 cashback/voucher.

I'm afraid we don't honour two different promotions.

@Arne-TalkTalk I was offered 2 gifts, one was an echo dot and the other was either cashback or a gift card with a value of around £100 as far as I can remember.

 

Do you not keep a record of this when a customer signs up?
