Not getting any renewal deals.

Hi. My contract is due to run out on the 24th December. When I log onto my account it tells me this straight away and to check my offers, deals and upgrades. When I click on the link or go to it any other way all it gives me is deals on now TV.  How am I meant to renew and see any deals. The renewal page doesn't exist anymore either when I try that way.

If I can't access any of this how am I supposed to do it? 

If I can't then I may have to go elsewhere

Go to the comparison sites, find the deal and price that suits you, then call 0345 172 0046 and ask them to match that deal along with any boosts that you require.

 

The best deals are always negotiated by haggling with the loyalty team, either on the phone or via live chat.
