Not leaving talktalk

I've had an email from Talktalk this afternoon syaing "Sorry you're leaving" with a calcualtion of £175 in exit fees. I'm not leaving!!
I am selling my house which is going through in a few weeks and I haven't found anywhere new to live yet. But I have not contacted talktalk at all. I can only think that the buyer of my house has jumped the gun and begun to arrange his own broadband without telling me.
Can somebody give me an email address or number I can actually talk to someone to sort this out as the online support is non-existant

If you block the incoming order it may p*** off your buyer, talk to them !

 

Also, be advised TT home moves normally require 4 weeks notice so you need to get your skates on.

 

You cannot put a service on hold, so it's either set up a home move or cancel and reorder which will involve termination charges,
