Hi, I am trying to get my TalkTalk landline number ported to a VOIP provider.
When they attempt to port the number they receive the error " Invalid installation postcode"
However the postcode on my TalkTalk account bill is correct.
I understand that there may be a discrepancy in the data that is held about the landline address & this can be resolved by means of a Openreach data integrity submission.
Can someone help at TalkTalk to get this sorted please?
I will be able to PM my address details to OCE staff.
