I've just moved to a new build and was told I couldn't take my TalkTalk broadband with me as it isn't available at the new address. I've checked with Openreach and they confirm it is, but that my address is 'Silver' and needs to be upgraded to 'Gold' by TalkTalk submitting an ORDI request. The call centre and online chat don't seem to know what I'm talking about, but similar threads here suggest I might have more luck. Please can someone help?

Update on this, Openreach have escalated the request to their 2nd line team for further investigation as they are having some issues with the address which cannot assign a key too.
Sorry that this is dragging on.
