One click Amazon echo renewal offer

Hello I used the one click renewal offer before 26/05/2021 and selected the Amazon echo dot and smart plug offer. I was taken to a page which said I would get confirmation of the renewal in 10 days but I have received nothing. I can see my contract has been renewed from my account but nothing to indicate the offer I took. I am concerned this hasn't gone through with the offer. As to ensure I got it I spoke to a lady on chat who was adamant I didn't qualify then misteriously it appeared on her screen and went through

 

I still have the one click email as proof. 

I know I have to wait 37 days for offer email but I haven't had anything confirming my renewal.

Hi thanks for getting back to me

I've just done another search on inbox and nothing. My bill was generated on that date but nothing else

Have you checked your spam folders, Your code was sent on the 12th June to your outlook address. 

 

If you haven't got it please respond to the PM I will send.

Yes I can confirm I have checked all areas of my inbox and nothing is in any of them 

 

The last email I had was the one click offer from talk talk . Nothing from them since.
