Hello everyone,


Firstly I should point out that I am a new subscriber (service isn't live until 6th Dec 2019).

My online account is working, to a degree, in as much that I can log in, I see my personal details (name, address, account number, etc.) so I'm set up. I can even see what my new landline number will be.


What I can't access though is the Track Order page (or Summary and Manage TalkTalk Mail), I'm also being redirected back and forth to what looks like an older design of TalkTalk website.

What I receive when I try to access the Track Order link is:

Oops! Let's get you back on course...

Sorry, we're unable to find the page you're looking for.


I'm hoping this isn't an indication of how it'll be with my internet with TalkTalk - I still have time to cancel my service before it starts.


Does anyone have any suggestions on the issue?

Can you please clear your browser cookies and cache and try again, We are unable to replicate the problem you are having.

Personal details now update with TalkTalk number.

Thanks for your post, sorry that you are having problems.


If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
