I've checked all received literature and found nothing mentioning an order number starting with "N" .

I need it to make a cashback claim with TCB.  Is there anyway to locate it?  Online chat couldn't help, since it wasn't on their script.

You should have received an order confirmation email/Letter which will give you that information. 

Is there any reason you need it?
