Outstanding Payment Due?

Good afternoon

My dashboard warns about an outstanding balance on the account?

But my latest bill for the period 25 December - 24 January for £33.22 was paid by direct debit on 7 January.

My account balance today (25 January) is £37.35.

I'm not sure what the problem is. Please will you kindly advise.

Since posting the above a little earlier today, the warning about an outstanding balance has gone, and the direct debit payment on 7 January for £33.22 shows in Transaction History.

The next bill for £37.35 appears to be correct and is due on 1 February.

So all seems in order. Thanks for your attention.
