If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

Check the duration of the calls, @NoleFamGoldenMasters2.
They must not last more than an hour.
Also check that none were to 070 or 076 numbers.

You need to complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account and take a look at your billing.
Please go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
