Hi there, we have just renewed our contract, Fibre 65 which includes FREE unlimited calls for 18 months (we have that in black & white on email confirmation). Yet we have been charged £14 for unlimited calls on our bill. 

Please can this be looked into asap. We have been a TT customer for over 10 years.
