Parcel with faster fibre and billing

So i Decided to join Talk Talk even for most of people say not to do it. I have been waiting for my faster fibre router parcel , just to find out that apparently it has been canceled. Even had an engineer come to my house ,  and set up the plug for everything. And now they want to charge me for nothing.

Can you please check that number in your profile again, Its brings up an old account that isn't in your name.

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
