Pay same bill twice in a week

Hi peeps, not sure if I'm being silly about this but I paid my bill on Saturday and changed payment date to end of the month from July onwards then today got an email saying to pay the bill by 1st of July or be charged an admin fee, so it looks to me that I've paid Saturday they want me to pay again (same amount) by Friday 1st then pay again on 30th July it doesn't sound right to me, any ideas or have I got the wrong end of the stick here? Spoke to an agent earlier and they said that yes all the payments have to be made so its 3 payments for 2 months?

I can confirm that You dont have pay twice, the bill has been paid.
