Paying a bill after 7pm

Hi there, I've had my Internet cut of today but I've not finished work till now and I need to pay my bill. Tried the automated system over the phone which is pants and focuses on the wrong numbers. Tried directly through the website and it says my card can't be verified even though I've done it in the app. Urgent help needed please

Thanks for your post, sorry that you are having problems.

 

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
