Well Just to say I am abst disgusted with Talk Talk, I am still waiting for a reply of my email last Thursday, I have sent a further 5 emails and yet still nothing. Your customer service is rubbish. Other than my emails the week before I was on hold to customer service for an hour, to then be put through to management for another half an hour hold to then be told after holding that long the office was closed.

 

All I want is what is due to me. I cancelled my contract last year and I only noticed last month your still taking money out of me each month totalling to over two hundred pounds. Your quick enough taking it out of my bank but by god you don’t even have the decency to reply to emails. Absolutely disgusting. Will be warning people on social media to not go with this company as they are a load of rubbish
