Phone boost issue

Hi Fellow Talkies

 

I recently took sky sorts off as a boost as I was not using it

 

The next month when I checked my bill sky sports had been taken off but also the unlimited calls anytime had disappeared and I suddenly have racked up £100 + phone bill.  

 

When I chatted to Talk Talk they advised that it was a shame it had disappeared and they noted I had added this function back on but as I had paid the months bill by DD there was nothing that could be done

 

I asked to speak to the manager of the person who I was talking to and she advised they could only ring me back in the morning - I waited for Mr Herman to call the next day but guess what no one rand and still hasn't

 

Im going to try again this evening but does anyone have any ideas

The reminders went to you Tiscali address, Have you checked the spam/junk folders?

I would agree but I didn't remove the boost in the first place

 

I did not get any reminders either

Hi @Janden31

 

I have checked your account. 

 

The calls boost was removed Via My Account on the 23rd November 2020, Since then you have been sent 5 notifications that the usage limit has been exceeded, did you receive them?

 

If you didn't removed the boost I would suggest changing your My Account password.
