Pre-Pay Fibre Option

Hello.

 

Last year I was offered the option to pre-pay for fibre broadband for 12 months in advance (on a 12 month contract). My contract comes to an end in a few days time and I'm wondering if this option is still available, and likely to be offered again?

the contract starts immediately

 

You could  call the loyalty team on 03451720088 The will be able to see what options are available, they may be able to add the pre pay saver aswell.

Thanks. It doesn't look like I have the pre-pay option this time.

 

Do you know if the "Renew now" button on my offers page takes me onto a confirmation page with other possible options, or does clicking the button immediately accept the 24 month (pay monthly) contract on offer?
